During a season of hustle and bustle they will guide you through a variety of practices to help you settle into the deep still space of your body, mind and spirit. Using the tools of Yoga, breath, visualization, intention, singing bowls and candle light - Raji and Rose will assist you in releasing that which no longer serves you...bringing forth inner peace, clarity and sweetness.
