PARTNER YOGA MASTER CLASS with KENT LINDEMER
Join us as we mutually cultivate the experience of flow, weight sharing, partnered inversions and balances to develop strength, flexibility and trust using the basic fundamentals of yoga, gravity and humor. Practicing with a partner can greatly enhance understanding, enjoyment, sensitivity and body listening skills. We will also explore Partner Yoga Flying, where one partner serves as a base and the other experiences being supported in a variety of positions, which will decompress the spine and give feelings of exhilaration and bliss! The class will end with Thai Yoga Meridian Stretching to balance the body before Savasana. Come alone or with a partner and please bring a towel.
