GUIDED MEDITATION with KENNY BARON: Mondays in August in Ramsey
As humans, we naturally have the gift to pay attention, to be mindful. Meditation is a way of cultivating this gift. But busy work schedules, obligations, and experiences that just come with living may have muddled our awareness to our inner and outer world. The pleasant news is that the possibility to just be more in touch is never out of reach.
Through the body, mind and breath, we slowly rediscover and accommodate our complete humanness… the good, the bad, and the ugly! Kenny uses a variety of techniques ranging from the Four Foundations of Mindfulness to visualizations to help guide students to innate stillness. He instructs his meditations in a way that you too can develop your own self-guided practice.
