CLEANSING THE BODY THROUGH QIGONG AND MERIDIAN YOGA with TARA FARLEY

Qi Gong is a slow moving, energetically stimulating exercise to help bring the body into balance. Meridian Yoga is a form of Yoga that works each organ individually for health and detox.

In this workshop, we’ll be practicing subtle yet powerful energy movements to help cleanse and strengthen the organs. We’ll also include pressure point techniques to help the body function as a whole.

For all levels.  Please Note: Due to the detoxifying aspect of this workshop, it is not recommended for pregnant women.
