Most of us know that the pressure and stress of today's world is very different then the stress of even 10 or 15yrs ago. The stress level is at an all time high. Most people think they are able to adjust to it, although many know they are not. Stress is a number one contributor to most illnesses. Stress can be more toxic then smoking, drinking alcohol, doing drugs, or poor eating habits. How is that possible? Because stress is something that happens inside of your body, it doesn't come from the outside. So although other things can be unhealthy and even dangerous to your health, stress hits your body instantly. It attacks your nervous system, organs, digestive tract, hormonal balance right at their source. The more consistently that happens the more venerable you become. Stress is the leading cause of so many illnesses!
How do you prevent it?? Lower your stress!! To so many this is easier said than done! When you are under stress all the time you become numb and don't even realize it!
