YOGA FOR INNER BALANCE with LYNN SCHOORL
Let your mind and body drop inward during this flowing vinyasa practice designed to melt away the tension of the week. We will balance an active practice with the powerful healing of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra uses various techniques to systematically relax the body, mind and ultimately the subconscious while you just lay back and receive (think long juicy savasana). The combination will balance the energy of the body and mind allowing you to return to your true self.
