Prenatal yoga can help increase circulation, and alleviate discomforts of pregnancy while strengthening the muscles needed to support the many changes in your body. The practice can help prepare for the physical demands of labor, birth and motherhood while simultaneously bringing a sensitive focus to the mind, body, spirit connection you now share with your baby.
