NEW CLASS with RAJI THRON! Vinyasa, Wall & Ceiling Slings Yoga (Level 2). Starting THURSDAY APRIL 6th 9:00am - 10:30am CHESTNUT RIDGE
Starts with a flow and then transitions to using the yoga wall and ceiling slings where poses are done with Yoga straps to help align and create new depth. Spinal traction techniques used are great for spinal health! The ceiling slings are similar to Aerial Yoga.

All Ramsey Studio Classes will be held at 151 East Main Street starting the morning of March 9th!
Come check out our new studio. It's just past the Ramsey Post Office when you are heading toward the RR tracks, before the movie theater.
Everything has really come together with a lot of hard work, love and laughter. We can't wait to share this beautiful new space with all of you!
Sound Bath Saturday with Johnny
Treat yourself to a relaxing afternoon of gentle movement, meditation, and good vibrations with Johnny and his collection of sound healing instruments including singing bowls, gongs, chimes and synthesizers. Bring pillows, blankets, and all things cozy for the extended meditative sound bath.
This class takes place at the Ramsey Studio.
