The adrenaline rush of a fast paced yoga practice might work wonders for the muscles, but how often do you slow and create space for stillness?
In this Yin Yoga practice we'll do just that, working with sustained holds in deep poses targeting the hips, hamstrings and low back.
Moving from the superficial layers to the subtle body, we'll melt beneath the muscles to open up the connective tissue and encourage a freer flow of energy (or prana) throughout.
The perfect balance for vinyasa flow, Yin yoga offers much needed nourishment for the joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia, and provides a time to quiet the mind in order to hear the body.
All levels of experience welcome.
Registration fee: $40 per person until January 21st; $45 thereafter. Pre-registration requested.
