QIGONG AND MERIDIAN YOGA with TARA FARLEY: Saturday, February 11th

Breathe Through Your Body. Qigong and Meridian Yoga with Tara Farley

So many of us are not breathing to our fullest capacity, therefore our organs are not getting the oxygen they need for vital health. In this class we will be using the practice of Qigong (aligning breath, movement & awareness) with the practice of meridian yoga (stimulating the organs through energy pathways) to increase the amount of oxygen we bring into the body and also to stimulate and feed the organs. We will start this class with a breathing practice, followed by mindful movement of the body, and we will end with a guided meditation.

This class is open to all levels of awareness.
