YINSPIRATIONAL JOURNEY with MICHELE SAPANARO: Sunday, October 14th

Yin Yoga is a meditation for the body. Through the practice of long held postures targeting the connective tissue of the low back, hips and hamstrings, Yin Yoga asks the practioner to slow down and create space for stillness. Working from the outer body back to your core, this practice explores the relationship between the form of the physical poses and the formless states of
meditation and absorption.

The perfect balance for vinyasa flow, Yin yoga offers much needed nourishment for the joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia, and provides a time to quiet the mind in order to hear the body.

All levels of experience welcome.

Registration: $40 per person until October 7th; $45 per person thereafter.
