Spring Equinox is celebrated as the first day of spring, when day and night are equal in both hemispheres. All of nature is stirring now and showing signs of coming back to life. Spring flowers are blooming and buds are bursting on the trees. The days are getting longer and the nights shorter. Align with the potential and fertility of this time to create opportunities for positive change in your life.
The room will be candlelit for a soft, warm, blanket-like glow setting the ambience to delve inward and explore. Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation done lying on your back in Savasana. We hope this relaxing yet rejuvenating technique will provide you with more of a connection to your practice as well as more of the silence and relaxation that so many of us crave at the end of a hectic day. An extended class ideal for people coping with stress, grief, insomnia, chronic disease or anyone simply wanting to relax deeply. Class begins with gentle movement and ends with an extended Yoga Nidra.
