YOGA AND BODY ROLLING with JENNIFER COAN: Sunday, August 21st
This class combines Yamuna Body Rolling routines with yoga. Body Rolling helps to release tight muscles and joints, improving flexibility, alignment and range of motion. The two practices naturally complement each other. There is a strong focus on the breath as we slowly roll out the muscles on 5"-9" balls, or use the balls as props in different yoga poses. It feels like a deep tissue massage. Please wear form fitting clothing.
