INTRO TO YOGA: Next Date - Saturday, April 26th in Ramsey
FREE FOR NEW STUDENTS
A 45 minute class for those who are new to yoga and who would like a peek inside a Basic Class. You'll learn the basics of connecting with your breath, gentle movement at your own pace and a few classical yoga poses. Props and modifications are offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures. We'll end with a guided deep relaxation.
