This class combines Qi Gong exercises with meditation techniques to help you connect with your natural energy and the present moment. Come and experience your energy and breath merge into one! About Beth:
Beth became a Certified Practice leader in QiGong after being a student of yoga for more than 10 years and QiGong for over 3 years. Beth received her Qi Gong Practice Leader Certificate from Dr. Roger Jahnke, Director of the Institute of Intregral Qi Gong and Tai Qi in July 2016. She is continued to study Wisdom Healing Qi Gong with Master MingTong Gu, founder of the Chi Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in addition to deepening her yoga and QiGong practices with other teachers and workshops. Beth is also a Usai Reiki Master, having spent a year studying under Reiki Master Priya Sethi. Her love of QiGong has been nurtured and she has been inspired to teach by her friend and teacher Tara Farley. She is excited to begin sharing this practice at Yoga Synthesis.
