Fran will also present healing and therapeutic aspects of the ancient practices of sound, chant and mudra as powerful tools to promote an inward experience of stillness and peace.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Fran Ubertini (E-RYT 500) is a committed student in the Krishnamacharya lineage, whose distinguishing contribution to modern yoga practice is the consistent use of the breath as the vehicle in postural practice, and the need for yoga practice to be tailored to each individual. Fran is the Director of Yoga for Well-Being in Florida, NY, a certified KHYF (Krishnamacharya Healing & Yoga Foundation) Teacher Trainer and holds diplomas from the American Viniyoga Institute as a Yoga Therapist. She teaches workshops locally and nationally as well as teacher trainings. She continues her studies with Sonia Nelson in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
