NUTRITION WORKSHOP FOR WELLNESS, WEIGHT MANAGEMENT, AND A STRONG YOGA PRACTICE with AUDRA BURSAE: Saturday, March 8th in Ramsey
Food is our most intimate connection with the outside world. The average American eats a diet that keeps us in a constant state of low-grade inflammation. As a result, we feel tired, moody, achy, and compromise our immune system. Yet, food can also be healing.
In this workshop, Audra Bursae will talk about the healing properties of food and the foods that we should avoid for long-term health and weight management. You’ll learn how, in some people, specific foods such as gluten containing grains, sugar, dairy and fast foods contribute to our health issues. Audra will give suggestions on ways to revamp our current way of eating to incorporate more anti-inflammatory and healing foods that not only will help the body, but also will help to strengthen our yoga practice. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and contribute to the conversation.
For all levels.
Registration Fee: $25.00 per person.
