INTRO TO ENERGY YOGA WORKSHOP with ELIZABETH ANDES-BELL: Sunday, May 4th in Ramsey

Learn how to sense the healing energy of chakras and nadis in and around your body so you can participate more fully in your own healing and awakening.

ENERGY YOGA is both a therapeutic and transformative style of yoga that teaches you how to manage your energy to heal and revitalize your body, mind, and emotions.

We will begin very gently with 'reformative' poses that teach you how to switch on the power of your energy body and activate your body's 'healing response'.

Learn your unique patterns of distortion that congest and compress or dissipate and squander your energy and establish the pattern for emotional and physical suffering.

Discover how to construct asana to align, charge and clear your energy field.

Because this workshop integrates yoga with mind, body and energy in a way that may be new to you, it can be both physically challenging and very healing. Yet it is suitable for healthy beginners through advanced students. Props and adjustments are plentiful.
