As we head into the shorter days of the year it's important to keep your practice consistent, to weather these outside changes and tune in to the inner changes. Find balance between the power of yin and yang. Try deeper slower practices in the winter months and uncover the hidden charms of yin.

A Special By-Donation Class: All Levels Flow and Restorative with Raji

The class will start with a gently invigorating sequence designed to awaken and clear energy in the body and end with a series of restorative poses and deep relaxation with singing bowls.

Suggested Donation: $25
