THAI YOGA BODYWORK with TRICIA SCOTT: Saturday, June 4th
Experience the joy of giving and receiving Thai Yoga Bodywork. This meditative healing massage is relaxing and revitalizing for both giver and receiver.
Come alone or with a partner. Each participant will be guided step-by-step in giving a 1-hour session emphasizing acupressure of the body’s energy lines and assisted Hatha Yoga stretches.
The work is done comfortably clothed, on a mat on the floor – no prior massage or yoga experience is necessary.
