QI GONG AND MEDITATION FOR HEALTH, HEALING & LONGEVITY with TARA FARLEY: Wednesday, December 28th in Ramsey

Qi Gong is a practice of movements and breathing techniques to help clear blockages in the body and increase blood flow to the organs.

In this class we will be doing specific movements, combined with healing meditations to create health and balance throughout our bodies.

INTRO TO ENERGY YOGA WORKSHOP with ELIZABETH ANDES-BELL: Sunday, May 4th in Ramsey

KUNDALINI AND MERIDIAN YOGA FOR THE ORGANS with TARA FARLEY: Sunday, May 4th in Ramsey

In this workshop Tara will present the basic theory of the meridians and organ health and have participants experience different kundalini style physical practices to stimulate, balance as well as cleanse, the organs of the body. Part of the class will be spent discussing the emotional element of the organs, as well as the time frames they are activated.

For experienced yoga practitioners (involves dynamic movement).

Registration: $35 per person until April 27th; $40 thereafter
